Public data on auction and seized-property lots, collected and laid out as structured fields with a note of where each one came from. This is not an open service: access is restricted while the legal review runs, and we're testing internally.

Castel Studio is not an estate agent and not an adviser — we don't broker, value or show property, and we don't tell you what to buy or bid.

Where this actually stands

What works today

  • Public lot data collected and laid out as structured fields
  • Source notes — every field says where it came from
  • Side-by-side public attributes across lots (size, location, starting price), presented without interpretation
  • Runs on our own machines

What isn't open yet

  • The legal review of what we may publish, and to whom, isn't finished. Until it is, this stays closed.
  • We don't send assessments. Not a shortlist, not a rating, not a view on any lot.
  • No date, and no promise it opens at all in this form.

What this is not

  • Not investment advice — we don't say whether a lot is a good buy, and we won't be drawn on it.
  • Not a recommendation to buy or bid on anything.
  • Not a valuation — we report public figures, we don't produce our own.
  • Not an estate agent or a broker — we don't facilitate transactions.
  • Not a shortcut past your own professional advice — a lawyer and a surveyor still do what they do.

The data shown comes from public sources (auction notices and official publications). It is provided for information only; its accuracy, completeness and freshness are not guaranteed — always check against the official source before acting.

This service is neither investment advice within the meaning of AMF regulation, nor an estate-agency or property-management activity within the meaning of French law no. 70-9 of 2 January 1970 (the “loi Hoguet”), nor a property valuation. Castel Studio receives no commission tied to any transaction.

Any decision to buy, bid or walk away is yours alone. For a real project, use your own advisers: a lawyer, a notary, a surveyor.
