The workstation is configured to process selected documents locally. Any external services, updates or optional remote support are documented separately — you see exactly what talks to the network.
Do you supply the hardware or use mine?
Either. If your existing machine is suitable, we configure it. Otherwise you approve a transparent bill of materials and buy the hardware directly — you own it from day one.
Does this make me GDPR-compliant?
No. It can support data minimisation and local processing, but GDPR compliance remains your organisation's responsibility. We document the technical configuration to support your own compliance work.
Can it work fully offline?

What if something breaks?
